I bought my Ford Escape from the Perry family of dealerships, so I assumed they would treat me with respect when my car was not starting. I took it in and was pretty much stuck at that point, and trusted their advice. As it turns out, they charged me 3 times the going rate for what they fixed. So instead of attending a long awaited reunion next week in Colorado, I'll be home covering the massive bill they stuck me with.
