I currently going to report this Company to the Better Business Bureau and send them the shady paperwork this company gave me. I bought a vehicle in June of this year and 4 months later intake it in for a oil change and a loud noise inspection. They say I need all new alignment and all 4 new tires! Perry Ford, your service department are nothing but predatory thieves. When my wife came to you for service, you just tried to take advantage of her. You have some gall to try and charge her $637 to repair a check engine light that only took me (I’m not a mechanic) 10 minutes and about $25 in parts to fix. What a bunch of crooks.
Perry National City treated me great, from my salesman Rene Lopez who was very patient and extremely helpful. The finance guy Diamond was very through and precise , he had me all signed up out the door in less than an hour. I scored on a new 2015 Expedition Platinum, saved me 20k . Thanks Perry Ford National City for making this deal possible.
