I agree... This has got to be the worst place and experience I've ever had service wise. Clutch went out on my mustang and 6 days later still no car and now im being told best case scenario another 3 days. These guys drag their feet once they have you. Stay away cause you've been warned.
Worst ford dealer ever!!! Wouldn't even budge 700 off the ticket price. Not only that they give and offer I refuse. Call me again to say they can work something out of the trade too. I arrive again and end up paying more and trade in my car. Never going to perry ford again.
It was all cake , when we bought a 2014 f150,,,,,after the purchase it all went bad! Truck is 35 days old,,,, the customer service was horrible ..... I 11/10/2014. I went to get oil change ,, today the the cover for the oil pan fell while the truck was been driving. 11/11/2014 I went to perry ford, John ( general manager) jose (service manager ) By the way texting while you are dealing with a customer is unacceptable ( service advisor tony) wasn't given even a receipt for the truck ..... Two stars is being kind, arrived at nine am and still waiting to have a temperature sensor installed at one pm....... three month old car, and made to feel like I'm the inconvenience.

Worst car buying experience to date. Great customer service, friendly people,...but once the contract is signed, they're ruthless. Will not recommend.
