I had an appointment for service at 2. They took my car in until 3:40
Went to look at a new explorer sales person tried to push a explorer in a different color I didn't want because black is so hard to get. my 2016 trade in that I bought at perry ford not a year ago was valued way below blue book was told I would get a deal because explorer wasn't the right color they only came down 2k from sticker price. Waste of time
