Whenever my car needs service I always head to Perry Ford. I'm on my third car I have purchased there. I went in for an oil change and Eddie Ruiz told me there was a recall on the restraints in my fusion. I didn't really budget enough time for anything other than "The Works". I was originally quoted that it would be done at 5p. But that wouldn't work for me. While I was out he called me and told me that he could get it done sooner. This first day we went for into the dealership, we had a bad experience, but I have to say the second day was a pleasure. Amy was great, she was attentive and we got our new, used explorer. I had an awesome experience with our salesman Carlos Vasquez. Such a sweetheart! When our air conditioner decided to quit on our brand new transit we thought we weren't going to make our cross country trip on time. We had an absolute miracle pulled off by Mr. Eddie Ruiz in the service department. He found the part no one thought he could get, and fixed it up in a day! Now we are off to Tennessee!!
