We had a terrible experience with this dealership. Unfortunately we are having to take them to court because of their dishonesty. We have spent hours trying to sort things out while being completely ignored. I think they are hoping to tire us out so we will just give up. This dealership lied and they are not willing to fix mistakes they made unless you take them to court.

Placed a simple call for service and no one answered except the operator who kept transferring me back finally asked for Pearson ford but they didn't have the number. Why would anyone want to take their car to this place for service.
Worst customer service. Service guys ignore you, take forever to help you out. Dont waste your time here.
