We have had a service contract with Perfect service for several years. They stand behind their contract. We fortunately have had few problems but in those times we did they were here within a very reasonable time and took care of the problem.
My mom air went out called Perfect Service Heat and Air. Technician came out had to replace capacitor. My mom is 90 years old thank you for your professionalism .Great job☺
I've been working at PSHA for over a year now and it fells completely like home! I've also had them out to clean my Air conditioning system and our tech did a wonderful job.
The Best Cust Service I've ever received. After scheduling a service call I was called to confirm the appointment, I was also notified when the technician was in route. A.J. arrived courteous, checked our unit, gave me his assessment, and explained what he was doing. He pointed out an issue he saw and gave his recommendation. We had an air purifier installed to correct the issue. A. J. was working until around 8PM, he was as pleasant and courteous when he left as he was when he arrived. I just want to say that techs from perfect service were amazing especially joey he was upfront and honest about our unit needing to be replaced and was very helpful with the financing options and also the warranty and Robert and I think his name is justin they are doing an outstanding job installing the unit and getting it ready for the winter and summer thanks again and I will be referring you to friends and family
