Jacob came to fix a leak in my unit this evening. He was fast, effective, and very professional who deserves a raise. 🙂 I am always so impressed by Perfect Service’s same day service. They have never disappointed. Worth every penny.
They came to service my unit back in the summer and said it couldn’t be rapiers and wand wanted me to pay $8,000 for a new one. Took up half my day hell bent on selling me a unit until I kicked them out of my house. Had a different company back out today for an unrelated reason and he showed me where they didn’t both putting my unit back together. Thankfully he was able to reattach all the pieces. These people are a sham and I hope nothing like this happens to anyone else.

We just met Michael Bowers today for a routine check on the unit ..... this young man was the most polite, caring , just he was great !!!!! He loves his job and it shows ... he knows his job very well and I just wanted to brag on him 👍
