I highly recommend Perfect Service Heating and Air For all your needs when it comes to service they are excellent. They show up when they say they are and the technician was very through and pleasant to work with.
Techs were professional, on time, polite and clean. When the evaporator was discovered leaking, they checked for recalls and then repair which was too expensive to be feasible. A new system to facilitate the replacement and operate with the existing gas furnace was installed the very same day. They also corrected an insufficient return size and filter size. An excellent job that looke good and worked better than ever.
Brad H did an excellent job. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave informative suggestions. A+ He is the only technician I want working on our unit. Again, A+
We were impressed with the professional service performed by the technician and his assistance.
The employee that just called my house was so rude it prompted me to call a manager and have us removed from their call list. No potential customer deserves to be hung up on by any business. The manager that I spoke with was about as uncaring as the one who hung up on me. They will never earn another dollar from me.
