My technician this visit was Corey H. and I felt that he did a very good job. The weather was bad but he did not complain and went about the business of checking everything. My name is Ray Phillips. Perfect Service Heating & Air replaced two complete heat pump HVAC systems in my home in Shelby, Alabama. These guys were not the cheapest but I consider them to be the best and the top in their field. These people are very honest, hard workers and are customer driven. Beware of this company. Tried to tell me back in December that coil was leaking. Recommended replacing unit so I Called another company. NO coil leak- just had other company out for maintenance and all is well!!!

Joey the supervisor came out to address my concerns, due to a couple of recommendations that were given by a previous technician last week. Joey was able to properly diagnose the issues with the system. After doing so.Perfect service was able to fix all my problems. Joey was very courteous and thorough. i Would recommend joey to anyone that has issues in the future with their hvac needs!
