We have used Perfect Service Heating and Air for the last several years. They are a great company. On August 3, we got home and discovered our air was not working. It was about 6:15 pm. We called them and they said we will have some one out there asap. Mr. Buddy arrived a little after 7:00. He discovered the problem with our unit and after getting the parts we needed our air was back on around 11:30 pm. Very few companies will have their workers out that late. Perfect Service sold us our HVAC a couple years ago and we've been happy up until this weekend. When a part broke on Saturday and needed to be replaced, they were prompt to schedule a service call, but were unable to obtain the part needed. By Wednesday, when our A/C was still out and with no delivery estimate on the part needed, we could not handle the summer heat any longer and pushed Perfect Service for a solution. They were fantastic! They actually answered the phone when I called! They did such a thorough check of our system and were the first ones to find an issue! When we found out we needed a new system they stayed with us all day til we got it worked out and even attempted to install it the same day. When they ran into a snafu they worked around it and got our system installed asap! But that meant we could not get our system installed til Monday!
