RecommendedMy heat pump went out last week in my house, and I called to have them look my system, I knew that it was a very old system, ad I was already looking at updating it. The coils for the inside unit was beyond cleaning and repair, and it was a R22 system. This company is amazing. While out of town, our A/C went out (my sister was house sitting) our house was 85 degrees. Perfect Service Heating & Air came out and worked until 4 am to put in a new unit. They were transparent on what was wrong, easy to get ahold of, and hard working. They are officially my ‘go to’ company!
Very polite and professional service
1. Office caller talks more like a used car salesperson. 2. Sold me something that the technician couldn’t verify. 3. Technician claimed that a part needed to be replaced and the cost was 50% higher than other companies. 4. Technician stepped on out flow grate and it’s not built to support much weight. Then blamed it on floors falling in.
They are always there when I need them. Timely service at an affordable price. Great service every time.
They are honest and good people. They took care of my needs and their customer service and compassion is next level! I had an issue and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They took responsibility for something they could not control, their only concern was to make sure my family was comfortable. I thank God for Perfect Service and their thoughtful management team. They rock and I'm a life long customer now.
