We've used Perfect Service for years at both our home and our office. We have called them in the middle of the night, on holidays or anytime that we had a problem and they have responded with courtesy and efficiency. Our last service was provided by Jeremy, who has been out to service our units in the past. He does a great job and leaves no stone unturned. The guys with Perfect Service are the best!! Thanks guys for always taking care of us!!
Brian was an excellent technician. He was very professional and does know the HVAC business extremely well. He answered all of my questions. He took his time and thoroughly serviced our unit. I highly recommend Brian.
Terry was most helpful in servicing our unit and has a very personable and professional demeanor. He assisted in straightening out a paper error I had made that reinstated my Service Agreement with Perfect Service. Due to sickness at a given time, I had failed to return the Agreement with my check which led to my not being covered when I thought I was covered! Thank you, Terry!
The Tech showed up on time!! I have used other companies in the past and decided to try PERFECT SERVICE and I'm glad I called them. The tech spend about 3-1/2 hours checking every connection inside and out !!! THANKS PERFECT SERVICE see you next year
