What does "DELIVERY/BIRTHING ROOM" mean? I don't know who you are, or why you are claiming to have given birth to my child. I have thrown your invoice in the garbage as I see from the rest of these reviews that you're a garbage company.
Terrible billing company. I have provided them with my sons primary and secondary insurance AND sent them the insurance cards and proper information for both. They have yet to bill either insurance and continue to harass and send me bills. TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I can’t get ahold of anyone. Finally got through today and they couldn’t look up my information because their system was down. I call multiple times a day on multiple occasions and the extension they provided is constantly going to her voicemail with no callbacks. I can’t believe hospitals use a company like this and are associated with it. Terrible.
NO STARS!! I wish I had read these reviews before going to see a doctor in this group. I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Skimming by my son's neurologist. We saw him back in Nov 2018. He was kind & through. He recommended my son have an EKG & Echo in his office. We saw the doctor for maybe 20 mins total. Don't send random (false) bills for accounts that have been paid in full for months.
A COMPLETE MESS of a company. We had our daughter in November 2018 at a hospital that accepted our insurance. We were told that the on call pediatrician for the hospital would see our baby after birth. We were never notified that she would be out of network or given an option to refuse her services. This billing company charged us $1234.25 and insisted that because we were out of state (I delivered in Texas and insurance is a bcbs of Arkansas) that they “did not accept the adjustments”. Worst billing department I’ve ever talked to. Wish I would’ve know our NICU doctors used this scam of a company!
Billing is very unclear. I asked for a statement showing itemized list of all charges and payments and just keep getting a "past due" statement with the payoff amount...
