Horrible billing department. The first thing I did when I was about to have my baby was to do the admission process at the hospital. All paperwork with my current address, phone and insurance was provided. They didn’t send the claim to my insurance company, they never contacted me regarding my bill with them. Pediatrix Medical Group improperly billed my insurance company $5000 for my Daughter in NICU, then sent me the whole billing balance and told me they would give me time to dispute with Department of Insurance and my insurance company, but then turned around and sent it right off to collections and now will not assist. As you can see with their reviews, have a very bad reputation when it comes to unethical business practices. I will ever use their service again.

Fixing their billing system, today I received a bill for more than $700 from a visit more than 17 MONTHS AGO. After already paying off the previous bills they sent me in Feb. for more than 1800. The fact that they cant even consolidate their billing is embarrassing. Unless they are just sending made up charges out to customers
Totally disgusted with the facility. Radiologist was horrible, made our life miserable. Forced to take some services saying its matter of our child's birth defect..they claims false bills after 1/2 year of taking the services though we have paid the balance amount upfront . Customer service of billing department is horrible and not ready to help or understand very basic things. Only the diabetic educator was really nice and helpful...
We had a perfectly healthy baby. Now, 2 months after he was born, we are being told that there was an NNP in the room when he was delivered who we NEVER met and that we owe this company money. They never even sent it through our insurance, but we didn’t even know they were in the room.
