I am absolutely appalled by this company. I just received a bill for $1175.00...no explanation of services...no explanation of treating physician...just a letter essentially demanding that I participate in their negotiations with my PPO insurance company. I'm also entirely disappointed with Christ Hospital in Cincinnati for their response in the matter. Surely they have SOME insight into how many of their patients are being harassed and exploited by this company!
These people suck. First of all, they were out of network for my newborn. Second when I try to call them to make a payment, they don't answer or call me back. Obviously they don't want to get paid!
Avoid this company at all cost. A year after the birth of our twins we are still receiving bills and no one can provide a date of service or provider. They also supposedly have no record of the account we paid off although we have a receipt from Pediatrix showing our account at a 0.00 balance. Every call lasts over an hour and ends with a headache.
Absolutely the worst medical group I have ever dealt with. They have capitalized on my daughter's NICU care and charge me interest on the payments that nobody could have afforded with a preemie newborn. It's three years later, I want to pay off my account and I have spent a DAY trying to find someone to take my money. I just want to be done with them.
Your employee Barb Weir is being a bigot. If that’s the type of person you want to associate with, good luck staying in business.
Seems to me that you employ staff that discriminate against people of other religions and ethnicities. I hope the news gets wind of your employee and comes knocking on your door.
