We are small business, we did move from ***** ****to more robust system as we excepting to achieve. Payroll become a nightmare dealing with this company, we are having issue of no phones or email return to solve any issues we have. We had twice missed the paycheck for the employee I did call and my speaclists was off then one of the staff did the direct deposit. 0 stars if I was able to. Paychex is the worst payroll company I have ever been with. Not only does no one return your calls but no one answers your emails either. They have not only overcharged me for processing payroll by accident (I was never informed of this) but they took 3 months to refund me $2700 for incorrect payroll fees. I have been a loyal Paychex customer for 13 years and even used to suggest to others to use them. Even after a terrible experience with retirement services hard sells, over draws, and extreme difficulty cancelling that service I stayed on. I always had a payroll specialist until about 2 years ago. Now I can never get hold of my alleged specialist initials B.P., I can never get hold of any of the management team, I have left several messages about my 3rd quarter reports with no resolution or call back. If i could give a zero i would have. No customer service! Continously messing up payroll. Paying unemployment insurance wrong amounts. Issuing employee checks without authorization. Withdrawing wrong amounts for unemployment insurance and pocketing the difference crooked organization stay away

Extremely disappointed with Paychex and their service. They have decided to not send W2's as done in prior years. My employees are migrant workers and look to me to receive their w2's when they receive their paychecks. Also disappointed with service when trying to report payroll biweekly. Wait time on phone is upwards of 45 minutes. I am trying to find a more local payroll service capable of meeting our needs.

Do NOT use this company. I was looking for more to offer my employees so I decided to give this company a try due to a recommendation of the banking branch that I use. I had some issues with this company. I informed them that I was on a semi monthly payroll system. They had me running payroll more often and with the everyday stressors of business, I didn't really pay attention to it. I just told myself "gosh, it feels like I just ran payroll." I recently started using Pay Chex and the first account representative was professional and friendly. However, I was assigned a new representative without notice. This representative has been unprofessional and rude. I have attempted to contact Pay Chex twice today and request a manager to no avail. The representative assigned to my case hung up the phone in my face and advised if I wanted to speak to her manager I would have to find the information on my own. To put it bluntly, things have been so bad with Paychex I am starting to think that they are intentionally messing with my company. We are a small business with less than 5 employees and somehow Paychex has managed to mess up our payroll every pay period for the past 3 months. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We worked with the Paychex at 3420 Atrium Blvd. Suite 200 Franklin, OH 45005. I was introduced to their service by Brian Mason, a sales manager with Paychex. We used their payroll and HR services and had problems from day one. We are a tax firm so we know how payroll is supposed to work.
