Do not I repeat do not use this company they will take money out of your account randomly and you will never be able to get anyone who can explain why the money is coming out. The payroll specialist are very unprofessional one person said to me they would call me back in a hour because they had to take there daughter to school. It was a mess I highly recommend you finding another company to process payroll. This one steals money

I sold my company in February of 2022. I signed and sent Paychex the client separation form on 2-7-2022, and even referred the new owner to Paychex. Here it is a year later and they had a hold on my account so I could not get my W2's. They sent one email with the bill for the end of year w2's in July! 5-months after I sent them the separation form - that email went to spam....I just found it when talking to their representative. Paychex was not helpful regarding my family of 7 healthcare coverage. ****** **********cancelled the coverage despite Paychex being paid by my former employer for the coverage to continue. When contacting Paychex they advised the coverage should be in effect despite ****** **********’s website showing the coverage had ended. They said they could only tell them that the coverage should be reinstated and to wait a week and call back if needed. I called back and then told me they would request it again. They sent my 401K payout to an insider ( I assume) who cashed my check and it took months and 100s of calls to get my money-back. Absolutely a joke of a company.

I will never again work with a firm that uses PayChex. The first time I did, their "agent" who was assigned to the firm was offshore and pretending to be in the United States. She seemed to be working with a few other people who just pretended to use the same name. I was never paid, they also entered the wrong information on my tax forms, and finally after about three weeks after payday--the owner of the firm had hand write me a check. Horrible. I had a service that was $58 dollars a month. I switched banks & forgot to notify them. They charged me $120 every time my card didn’t go through. They never called or anything. I call to get an update on W2 & I now owe $869.00… for a 59 dollar service

Illegal and frustrating. Cannot access paystubs.. Cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone and the home health agency I work for is no different…

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been trying to cancel our Paychex account for about 7 months now. we have to call and call and leave messages because we can never seem to get the person were supposed to speak with on the phone. When we final get someone on the phone they promise to make sure it gets cancelled but the charges continue to come out month after month and they keep contacting me to run payroll although it’s supposed to be canceled.
