John was very personable as well as professional, listened to my explanation attentively, and completely resolved my plumbing issues. I had trust in his work as I have the other Nebrasky technicians who have provided service over the last 9 years or so.
Called first thing in morning with heating problem. Keith and assistant were here in less than an hour. Keith investigated and determined issued - made several adjustments to furnace and got it working well. Also put in new thermostat. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and with Keith's expertise - this is the second time Keith has done work on my furnace and was very glad he was here to do the work. Would call Nebrasky without hesitation the next time I have a heating or plumbing issue.
.When you call for service, the folks answering the phone are courteous and helpfull. They know what they are doing. You get a good feeling that things will get done. The techs are professional and still make you feel at ease when on the job. After the repair is completed, they do an excellent clean up of the work area.
Your company provides excellent service and your employees are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and neat! I have been doing business with you for over 20 years and greatly appreciate all that you have done to maintain my equipment, both heating and air conditioning. I particularly appreciate how available you are when I have an emergency and find your pricing to be very fair. Thank you for everything.
the guys came out and did a home energy survey. they were on time, professional, answered all questions about what and why they were doing tasks. when they identified a problem they were quick to show me what it was and how to address the issue.
everyone I came in contact with at Nebrasky was professional and knowlegeable. I would absolutely recommend Nebrasky.
They do a great job. Easy to set an appointment. I received a confirmation of the appointment and Charlett showed up right on time and did a thorough job.
The technition arrived at the appointed time.. .. . .was very pleasant . . .. . .addressed the problems and explained what had to be done to correct the problems.
i was able to get an appointment within a day, the serviceman was prompt and professional and took care of our plumbing issue to our satisfaction.
