Making the appointment online was very easy. I received a fast answer and confirmation of my appointment. The woman who called the day of appointment was very friendly also. Dominic was the gentleman who did my service and he was prompt and courteous. I believe he was the same person who was here a few years ago and fixed my water heater (which 2 other plumbers could not figure out), The work was done very efficiently. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dominic.

When a person needs experts in the plumbing, heating and cooling they should without a doubt call Nebrasky! I just had a water softener installed by two employees of Nebrasky-Dominic and Bob and their work was beyond my expectations! They were both very knowledgeable of the system and they installed it with experience of true professionals! So I can not state it without going overboard but if you need a company for your plumbing, heating and cooling you should call Nebrasky!

On 2 occasions I have needed plumbing assistance due to leaks in pipes on weekends. When calling there was an immediate personal response to our needs followed by the service person to confirm. Service was here before the designated time and the work completed in a reasonable time. The area was cleaned up by the service person leaving the area clean. I plan to have Nebrasky when I need in an emergent situation as well as for maintaining our furnace.

Thank you so much for another job handled perfectly and well done,. The other night, I had water leaking from my hot water heater. My neighbor advised me to call immediately to avoid a diaster. This was at about 8:00PM. Within minutes Dom returned my call and he came shortly thereafter to drain the tank to prevent further damage. He was as kind as could be. I had called Sears and was told that I needed a new heating and a/c system.I appreciated the honesty of Mr. Nebrasky when he pointed out that one the guests in my home had hit the emergency shut off switch.His honesty saved me thousands of dollars.

I called on a Monday and Dominic came the very next day on Tuesday. I had a designer faucet to install and Dominic spoke to his boss and was able to get me a little better of a price, as I was not aware that a designer faucet requires more time and effort. Service was prompt, efficient and reliable. Dominic was a joy to have and the explanation of the workings of the faucet were very much appreciated. It was worth the time and charge. The repairman was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased that we were able to have a repairman come to our home the same day we called. We appreciated the telephone call telling us what time he would be arriving. I would recommend this company to my friends.
