We had an issue with our gas furnace. We had a leak of gas. While they were only there for an annual maintenance on our furnace, they ended up staying well past the call of duty to diagnose the problem on a Friday and even came back later to make sure they had properly diagnosed the problem and new how to fix it. The technician was very courteous and professional.

We have always been satisfied with the detail and quality of the work performed by Nebrasky, they did an excellent job of replacing our old Oil system with a newer LP Gas, and improved our A/C performance dramatically with the upgrade and duct work redesign. Our latest technician came to clean and prepare the system for the upcoming heating season. She was polite, and made sure everything met our needs.
Stay away from this business, their true hourly costs are hidden by their use of recommended book charges in calculating the bill. They wanted to charge me an additional $$680.00 for work they recommended while they were on site, which I refused, called another plumber who had to come out on a separate service call and he did the work for $400.00 less. The total retail cost of the parts at Home Depot would have been barely $80.00, the work did not take two hours to complete, so what is their real hourly rate?

Called them because my usual plumber was unavailable. I had water dripping from under kitchen sink. It turns out that I needed a new faucet set. I went to the local hardware store picked out and paid for my new faucet. They installed it and CHARGED $450. -- FOR THE INSTALL! The plumber even had the nerve to tell me that I could have 'saved' $40. if I had a service contract with them. Never again.
