We just had our air conditioning units serviced today. Kevin replaced all our vents and replaced our filters. He was quite patient and spent time explaining the proper maintenance to us. We were very happy with the service and we plan to call you again in the fall to service the heating unit as well.

What a wake up...cold...and afraid something terrible was wrong with the heating here. But, I made a call ...even though it was Sunday AM...and someone answered...yes, very kind and polite...said someone would call and be at my home within an hour and a half...well, Keith, called a few minutes later for info, and was at my door an hour later..and soon, the heat was back on...Keith was very nice...and explained all my ???..Thank you, Nebrasky.
