Jamie, the young man who came to evaluate our a/c system was very helpful. He diagramed the problem and offered some good solutions. We are going to try to correct our problem with the original installer but wish we had contacted Nebrasky first!! We will use you next time for any plumbing/heating issues.

on 4/29/16 I had a problem with my bath room faucet. I called for service and was given a time for my repair. Greg L. came on time and went right to work. He checked out the problem and within an hour of his arrival my faucet was repaired. Everything was left clean and he was very kind to my two golden retrievers who thought he might have treats. The technician Jamie showed up right on time (5 min early). He was very nice and could carry on a normal conversation, not like other techs I've dealt with. The quality of his work was awesome. Would definitely request him back to do service.

From the moment I called, Samuel, was so helpful, (as has Cheryl in the past)He tried to help me,but something just was not right..so I called again, and Keith and Jamie came...Keith has been here before in 2014, He is mentoring, Jamie..Both were very nice, professional and clean, helpful with ceiling filter..and now is it warm, and all is good. It is very comforting to know that you all listen and help is there for those of us who do not have family near...Thank you all..

Nebrasky is so reliable. I called early in the morning with an issue. The representative was extremely friendly and located my account right away. She had a technician dispatched to my home within the hour and the problem was resolved.

Excellent service and communication between the entire staff both clerical and technical. The technician was very sensitive to my family needs.Impressed how neat with all the old and new plumbing equipment coming in and out of the house. They charged me about $400 an hour!!! The work was very good though; just cruely expensive. When I called to complain about the rate and ask them to reconsider what they billed me, I was told they had to fold in the cost for the gas to get to my house and for their insurance? They did not feel their charge was unreasonable. The cost to them of any materials was under $10

We had a problem with our furnace cutting off so I called Nebrasky to try and schedule an appointment. After explaining the situation to Carol who was extremely friendly and helpful she said she'd do her best to get someone out that same day. Sure enough within 30 minutes she called back and said Keith would be coming within the hour. Keith did a great job diagnosing the problem and had us up and going.
