Easy to schedule - prompt technician - very courteous - knowledgeable and polite. Helpful and had good suggestions. (I paid with cash, but he did not have change, so the amount due has to be mailed to me).
I could not believe how quickly I was able to schedule a visit to evaluate our plumbing issues. This far surpasses any other plumbing professional in Orange County, New York. Assessing the needs and the electronic recording of them appears to enable the company to quickly offer a estimate of costs involved and the time required to complete the work. Very professional initial visit.
HVAC mechanic arrived on time and is very knowledgeable> Condition was diagnosed and hopefully corrected. Keith (mechanic) dedicated employee could not have been more helpful .
