Keith was an excellent and caring technician. He respected my home using shoe covers, and he diligently went about his work in a professional manner. I believe he did an excellent evaluation of the system. He also explained the Home Care Plan. I took full use of the program. I look forward seeing Keith in the Spring,
We had the unfortunate issue of our central air conditioning cease working on the hottest evening of the summer. We placed a call to Nebrasky emergency service at 9:00 p.m., and by 10:45 p.m., our central air conditioning was repaired. The technician arrived on-site in a very timely manner and repaired the issue very efficiently. Thank you Nebrasky!
I really appreciate that my technician cared. I didn't feel as though I was just another stop on his route for the day. I felt like he wanted to get to the root of the issue and remedy as fast as he could for me, so I would not be concerned/anxious about it any more and it could be fixed.
My technician was timely and very friendly. He came back to my house later in the day to continue to try to solve the issue, which is appreciated, so that I did not have to take off another day from work. Scheduling the service call was also a very simple process.
I have been using Nebrasky since I moved to the area 6 years ago and I will continue to utilize their services because of the experiences I have had and the results from their work. Every experience we have had has been positive.
All the Nebrasky employees from the office personnel, the estimator and the technicians were all helpful and pleasant to work with. Because of their helpfulness I would recommend Nebrasky to anyone.
I just had the best experience with Nebrasky plumbing. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. The technician arrived within the hour and quickly found my AC problem. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, quick and fixed my problem perfectly. I'm so glad I called them!
Greg L. was early - very punctual. Extremely Gracious! Very forthcoming with product knowledge and how water system in the house functions. Excellent work quality. Very clean. The price much higher than I ever anticipated which is by no means a reflection on Greg and I want this clearly understood. My recent experience with Kieth was very good. Scheduling the appointment was quick and efficient and I was called on the day of service to let me know that the technician was on his way. He was on time and professional. He wore show covers while he has in my home. He checked my hot water heater and air conditioner, addressed the problems expertly and gave me some helpful advice.
