Samuel and office staff extremely helpful and courteous. Appreciate receiving calls regarding status of when technician will arrive. Greg L. was extremely professional and explained to us what he was going to do and how to manage equipment. Took great care to protect our carpets and house. Leak was resolved immediately. Will request Greg for future service needs. Also appreciate Mr. Nebrasky's consideration for pricing of call based on previous calls for same leak.

The technician arrived at the anticipated time. He was professional and courteous and explained things well. I was quite confident that he knew what he was talking about. Also, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, and professional. She set up a date and when the part did not arrive as anticipated, she rescheduled and apologized for any inconvenience. It was a pleasure dealing with her and dealing with Greg, the plumber.

We found Nebrasky very professional in their service delivery. They contacted us that the technician was enroute and on arrival tech David was courteous and professional. He methodically diagnosed our issue and provided information accordingly. He then delivered services in a timely fashion. As a first time user I was very impressed with the service provision of this company.

Technician was prompt, friendly., professional. He explained to us what was wrong and fixed the problem. He also explained to us other issues we have that have to be resolved. He even fixed some areas that was leaking air. It was a job well done. I appreciate the time he took to explain all the issues we have and to ease our mind.

On Friday a pipe broke under my upstairs bathroom sink. Toni from Nebrasky had called me to tell me I could turn off the valve under the sink and turn on the water for the rest of the house safely. I told her I wouldn't be off until Tuesday. Someone from Nebrasky called me on Tuesday morning to say someone would be there between 10-12. Dom showed up at 10 and fixed the problem quickly. A great job at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I sent in a request for an appt. I was then contacted by email (by Robin Zinaman)she set up my appt very quickly. She was so helpful with the best day that worked for me. The day of my appt. John came. He was very engaging and friendly. He looked at what I needed done and then told me everything he would need to do. He quoted by a price and said he would get started right away.
