Even though the job presented him with problems, he persevered until it was done,and he was still smiling! Also pleased with his professionalism all during the visit. The service was outstanding. One phone call, next day service. John the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. he had our problem straightened out in minutes and gave us an on the spot written estimate to replace our ejector pump. You can't ask for better service than Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating and cooling.

Both A/C and Plumbing Teams at Nebrasky are highly trained and knowledgeable. They were prompt in finding the solutions to my new home's use of new A/C and master bath faucet issues. Service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist on the phone (Dottsie) wase very friendly, professional and extremely helpful in accommodating me with the appointment. Dom is courteous, very professional and thorough. He takes time to listen to my concerns and takes additional time to explain about the job after completion. Dom is the best. We have had more wonderful plumbers and A/C specialists. Dom is our favorite.He knows A/C and plumbing and heat problems and spent an entire day installing an April Air humidifier. The job required so many wiggling around the Carrier furnace and getting water to the humidifier and testing it. Today, he worked on our Generator and worked on several other parts of the system. The tech Dom was very experienced in his work. When he came to the house ( earlier than expected) he looked at the job in hand. He called the office to get pricing and proceeded to tell me the cost instead of diving in and telling me later. He was timely and very clean in the job that was at hand. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.
