OVER PRICED! I had low water pressure in my shower and called Nebrasky. A tech came out and determined that the plumbing needed to be accessed and the faucet/valve replaced. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis (which I appreciated) and e-mailed me an estimate. The estimate was $1,475 which I though was very high considering it wasn't a very big job. I asked Nebrasky to itemize the estimate so that I could understand the charge but they just said it was a flat rate for the job and offered no explanation as to how they came ... read more

Dominick has been to our house many times. He is very friendly and professional. He was here on 11/29 to replace a bulb in our water system. While leaving he asked about our family dog who he also befriended. We had to tell him that we lost our pet since his last visit. Thank you Dominick for remembering our special friend.

Greg L. and Greg arrived on time and promptly began replacing the requested fixtures and kitchen sink. Both Gregs were professional and friendly. I could not be happier with the results. I absolutely trust in Nebrasky technicians, they have the knowledge to troubleshoot and rectify any deficiencies in a timely manner. Appointments are on point, and even reminder calls about appointments are made a day in advance. My technician David corrected my thermostat problem and tested the system to make sure it was up to high standards. This is what I expect in a great company supported by great technicians like David.

Greg L. came to my house to hook up my washing machine because Lowe's was unable to do so. I needed a new valve that the hosing had to be connected to. Greg was professional yet friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. On his way to leave he noticed my overflow apparatus connected to my hot water heater needed to be changed. He recommended getting a new one but he did not pressure me in any way. He also explained everything he was doing which I appreciated.

Dominick & Dan arrived on time & where very friendly & professional . Dominick explained in detail what needed to be done to take care of my problem. The quality of their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up after they completed the job. The job cost was very reasonable & I recieved another estimate for more work to be done & that also was very reasonable. I hope it will be Dominick & Dan that arrive when the next job is scheduled.

Two service technicians arrived on time to the appointment, which by the way was set up by a cheerful and friendly person at the office. The installation hid a snag, the new faucet that I provided was not working correctly. A follow up appointment was quickly confirmed, and both technicians returned as promised. New faucet is installed and working nicely.
