This is our first time using Nebrasky Plumbing. Our technician, Greg L. was wonderful! He was professional, friendly and determined to correct our problem with a slow draining kitchen sink.He explained pricing ahead of time and kept us informed every step of the way regarding how the job was going.The end result was he cleared the drain!!

Nebrasky is always great to us. They are on time every time, the technicians are polite and friendly and they do an excellent job. Keith was fantastic in our yearly furnace maintenance and found an issue with a damaged smoke pipe, showed it to me, explained the cost to fix it and did the job. Everything is always done well, fairly priced and the company is great to deal with.

October 10, 2016...My name is Ms. Sharon L. Williams. My technician was wonderful! I informed him that the master bedroom was always cold. He said that he would check the attic, whereas he opened the dampers to the master bedroom to increase the air flow. He is the only technician who handled this issue, which has been in existence for the past ten years. I am thankful that he went out of his way to ensure that I have heat in this very large space. Thank you to him again!!!

As always, Dom did an exceptional job with the service call for our Generator. Dom is very neat with his work and detail oriented. I never feel like I can't trust Dom with his work and estimates, he has the customers best interest in mind with his work. After being on a few weeks vacation, Dom was acclimated pretty well, but I think that Nebrasky Plumbing should reward workers like Dom with a few acclimation days prior to there return to work. Thank You

Last week I had your firm come to my house to do my annual furnace cleaning. I have steam heat. I have had a problem since I owned the house with the heat reaching all the rooms. I spoke to keith about this problem & he took the time to discover that the problem was that 1 of the air vents had a slight crack in it and the hot air was escaping. Keith went above & beyond the 'typical' visit determine what the problem was & fix it. Made me a happy/warm homeowner! Thank you!!

As this is a newly constructed home, I had several areas that needed answers and by the time he left, I felt truly enlightened by his thorough responses. I made an appt for a technician to come by and help with my electric heat pump. Looking for something more efficient. It was easy to make the appt and the technician came during the appointed time. I'm pleased with the technicians honesty and waiting to hear back from him after researching what's out there to accomadate my needs the best.

Able to schedule appointment easily when called the office. Technician arrived within the time designated. Keith was friendly and courteous. He took time taking on and off shoe covers when appropriate to keep my house clean. Perception is he has the appropriate level of expertise. Would only like the cost to be a bit lower.
