Greg L. was excellent in his work on an extension tank replacement. Also the tech who did our Homecare Checkup spotted the problem and suggested a part be ordered. It saved us much cost, concern and potential damage.
Called about a heating problem, nonemergency, and a technician was arranged for the next afternoon. He was able to come a few hours early, assessed the problem, went back to the shop to pick up a part, came back and installed it. Personable, informative, and did the whole job in less then an hour. Greg L and Keith replaced our water heater on 8/5/16. Keith came first and started taking everything apart then Greg arrived and the both of them finished taking out the old and putting in the new. Greg finished up installation and everything was clean and neat. Explained all details of job and what to do if there were problems. Both men were very professional, and kept the area very clean. Greg waited until everything was working correctly. Thanks to a job well done.
Jamie was well within the time frame specified for the appointment, very friendly and personable. Although he was not able to assist with the problem with the wine cellar cooling unit, because it was using R-134a refrigerant, he was very helpful regarding discussing the benefits of installing the ductless house cooling system. I will be contacting you in the near future to get the survey and the quote.
