When I bought my new vehicle I was promised a lot and have received little in return! Free car washes for life ... only most of the time when you try to get a car wash it is closed or I would have to wait for 10 cars! Today was my kicker! I will never be back!! I am due for service (oil change and tire rotation). I spend several minutes at the counter while Joel continues to answer the phone and assist other people when I had an appointment only to be told that my last “free” oil change and tire rotation expired in February!... read more

Can't say enough good things about the Megalot. Team did an excellent job assisting us in purchasing a Yukon. Sale manager was great to work with. Couldn't be happier with the service we received from our salesman Chris and finance rep Joe. We love our new SUV!
