Terrible customer service! I leased a Buick from Patsy Lou in 2017, they installed an aftermarket DVD player. I never used it until I attempted to September, 2018 when my son was no longer rear facing, only to find out it didn’t work!! The DVD player won’t even turn on!! I have called and left messages, at least 10 times, since then and no one has EVER called me back. Bought a used Suburban there 2 months ago, at which time they sold me an extended warranty. We took it in for warranty work a week ago and have been lied to the entire time. Lied to and left messages with 3 different ‘Managers’ and still no call back. Meanwhile my Suburban still sits parked in back lot (yes I have drove by and checked) while they have me paying $38 a day for a little Buick Encore. Just had my 2016 Buick Verano serviced and am completely satisfied with the experience. Shout out to Howard Shelton who handled the transaction i.e. made arrangements to pick up my vehicle from CCA HQs, repair it, and return it on the same day. Patsy Lou rocks!!!
