Oil change line was long!!!! But only took 30 mins.
We are very happy with the service we received from Patsy Lou. We were from Florida an they went above an beyond to help us. We can’t say enough about the Service Department. We had some thing that needed to be don’t to our Truck and again. Howard took care of everything for us. We can’t say enough about your service. We will be back again when we need a car or Truck. We also have told our friends. You get a 5 plus in our book

Had 4 chances to stop the door rattle on a new Camaro and random false positives from the passenger side blind spot detector. The rattle was literally worse after picking up the vehicle the final time. Shockingly the blind spot monitor was fixed the 4th and final visit. Will be taking the car to a more qualified dealer.
Asked a salesperson to show me some luxury sedans with full leather interior, real wood grain accents, dual wishbone suspension, monoblock brake calipers, and rear wheel drive... I was looked at as if i asked them to build me a rocketship! NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM SOMEONE WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU! Back to the Toyota dealer!
Howard at Pasty Lou is the best. I needed a new tire and he got it for me in a matter of hours.He got me in and out Definitely would recommend if anyone needs help see Howard in the service department
