Bought a few cars through them.. always the best deal..
Horrible service! Didn’t pay off my trade in for 18 days after purchase! Detailing after I bought the car damaged my door and they denied it and would not fix it. Husband wanted a tire replacement and they wouldn’t give us a loaner car or offer a ride. Cancelled our tire order when we said we would have to come back when the tire came in. Another dealership took care of the damage and the tire at no cost.

We wobbled into Patsy Lou this morning, only a half hour on the road, with Myrtle Beach as our spring break destination. Howard Shelton and his team looked at my vehicle, squeezed us in to the schedule, got us fixed up and back on the road as fast as possible! This was absolutely the best service I have ever had at any dealership! With 5 teenage boys in tow, I also greatly appreciate all the hospitality and friendliness while we waited in the lounge! We will definitely be back!!!
