This is a joke. i was on their site sunday. they advertised a cruze for lease $148.00 zero down. i chated with someone, and they would have someone get a hold of me on monday they did. i told them exactly what i wanted. didnt hear from them till tuesday morning. said they would look into it again it's now thur. night nothing. so i called and was told they are no longer leasing that. lease is now 1500 down. the old switch and bait apparently. very very poor and disappointing. will be looking somewhere else.
Howard Shelton is a very good service writer he listen to all my concerns and he took care of every thing I asked of him. I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone.
Howard in the Service Department is always so helpful! I can drop my car off for an oil change/tire rotation, head to work, and have my car delivered once my service is done.
I had a great experience at Buick GMC service department, because of the superior customer service provided by Howard Shelton. My car was picked up from work and dropped back off to me a short time later. I appreciate that extra personal service that he always offers to provide. I highly recommend making your appointment for service with Howard Shelton!!
Not to happy with sales department there. My mom and dad bought a car from there in 2016 and bought life insurance protection so if one of them passed away the loan would get paid for. Well they failed to offer it to both of them and only my mom. Now that my father passed away she goes up there to file the paperwork for the covered life insurance policy and come to find out it’s was only offered to her and not my dad. Can’t recommend Patsy Lou GMC enough. Shopped at more than 6 different dealerships, and ended at Patsy Lou - so glad we did. Our salesperson, Steve, was outstanding. He took the time to go through every feature of the vehicle and show us / explain (this was after the vehicle was already paid for).
