Most unprofessional impersonal dealership I've ever dealt with. The list is a mile long of things I'm unhappy about. Do not spend one red cent at this place.
Service good. Car wash needs work. I ask for wheel wells sprayed and he sprayed the ground every time. I spend alote of money here!
I give our sales man John Chatmon a 5 star, as for the other people who neglected to help us would give no stars at all. IF IT WASN'T for John our salesman we would of left. This will be our 1st purchase from here, always went to Hank Graff in Davison. The guy who does your trade in values kept telling is well we have to make Don and Pasty Lou happy. Then to find all your managers quit was just something else.
Alex Clark is a great guy who helped me out buying my first car. He was very respectful and tried every option for me to save money. I highly recommend him and his services.

Chris Carroll worked really hard over 2 days to get me into a new vehicle. I didn't make it easy, yet they made it work. I bought my last car there 10.5 years ago. I came back again last week!
Traded in my vehicle back in march they sent all my info in got me approved sent me on my way 2 months pass still never recieved my title or any paperwork from the bank they said financed the vehicle after getting a run around for about 2 or 3 weeks comes to find out the manager never sent my paperwork in to the bank never followed up to let them know i purchased the vehicle.
