We bought a use car from them. Sales person Doug E was really good and the process was really quick. We we went looking for a equinox but we left with a Buick regal 2011 had really miles and within our budget. We didn't think we get approved because of our credit. Id give them a 5 but they only wanted to give us 500 for our trade so we are left with that and we have 4000 left to pay on it. But all and all they took good care of us

I had an absolutely horrible experience. I was lead on for a whole week that I had been approved for a car, I went in on Monday and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Allen Dombrowski, he claimed to get a soft approval that I needed $500 down and he could get me into a Chevy Cruze I just needed to bring him proof of employment. Quoted 450 dollars for a ball joint and plugs and plugs wires over the phone. They called me up to tell me it was done and told me it would be almost 900 dollars. I ask why it was that much and that they quoted me 450 dollars and they tell me that 450 dollars was just for the parts.
