They sold me a junk car that didn't even last 3 weeks .
I had an amazing shopping and purchasing experience here. Larry Seay is a wonderful sales person. He made my entire experience stress free. He overcame my fears and listened to what I needed and wanted. He more than delivered. I am in love with my new Chevy Sonic! I felt valued as a customer. The entire team went out of their way to answer any questions that I had and offer their assistance through out the entire process. I will definitely buy from Patsy Lou Auto Group again. Thanks!
If you are thinking about buying a car from here, DON'T!!! sure they are nice while making the sale then everything goes to shit. They dont honor any contracts you sign with them, they will tell you they will cover something and then dont. Trying to get ahold of anyone is near impossible. Every employee I've tried to call sends the call to voicemail and will not call you back.
