I purchased a 2014 Durango in October. Came in on a Friday night and got everything taken care of. The sales guy was going to have the car detailed and ready to go at 2 the next day. He said come in at 2:30 and it will be quick. I came at 2:15 and he decided to leave for the day. The other sales guys were scrambling to try to help. Mistakenly purchased a 2014 Silverado from this dealership. 1st time I drove out to test drive after contacting a sales rep and letting them know I was coming out. I drove an hour to find out I could not drive the vehicle due to a check engine light. I was promised it would be fixed and detailed come the following week. After purchasing our last two Tahoe's from Patsy Lou, they contacted us to see if we would be interested in trading up since our current vehicle is in great condition and high demand. They gave us the upgraded vehicle to test drive for a day and due to the fact that we were still pricing things out a day later, told us to keep the vehicle over the long Labor Day weekend (aka they didn't have their drivers available to reswap vehicles from flint to Birmingham). I asked for 10,000 angels and a really big miracle! I found my angels in JD and Trevor over in the Chevrolet Pre owned building, and my miracle was the brand new vehicle i pulled off the lot. These two gentlemen promised to take care of me, between them and the people who worked with them were true to their word!! I love LOVE my new vehicle!
I have bought 5 cars through the used car department (Jeff) and always had a good experience. That is until the fifth car that had a blown head gasket and lasted me three months. I always went to the same salesman and he knew I was in a wheelchair with a fixed income and needed a dependable car. Now the motor is seized up and I'm without a car. Thanks Jeff
