The Quick Lube is horribly slow. I've waited an hour for a simple oil change. I purchased a vehicle through you and would like my maintenance done here also, but this is crazy. The employees continue to look at the line like it is going to go down. There is no "Quick" about it. How does a manager justify the time?
Connie Glavin is the most wonderful salesperson. My husband and I come back to her time and again. She really helped me with a car issue this week and I cannot thank her enough!!
Terrible dealership and I would not recommend buying vehicle from dealership. I have been driving Chevy for 20 years, and I had the worse experience with Patsy Lou.

Just so everyone knows the used car dealerships that Patsy Lou has the maroon Malibu the 97 runs and drives smooth and great but it has a cracked head due to the problems I had cliff was willing to give me a Saturn for the same price of the other car so I go back today after I had just talked to him this morning told him what I had and he jumped the price up another $300 from just what I was quoted yesterday this place is a joke and they sell junk cars just so everyone knows who is looking for cars do not buy the 97 Malibu b... read more

I bought my car there about a month ago and within the first week it had already broken down and left me stranded on the side of the road. I placed a review up on this page which resulted in a call from Brian. I was told that due to not having a warranty (which I asked about but was told I couldn't get because my down payment was too small) that they were not supposed to do anything.
