Patsy Lou has the best service department! I drive from Saginaw to Flint because I can’t find anyone that treats my family better than their service department, specifically Howard. He works with my work/travel schedule without any questions. Loyal customers for 20+ years.
I had the chance to work with Doug Eedy who was very helpful in getting the car I had my eye on for awhile now! The whole experience happened so fast and seems surreal. I am ecstatic ��
