I worked with Howard in the service department to get an alignment and tire rotation done. He was extremely helpful from our phone conversations to getting the work completed when we arrived! I had to take my two young kids with me and he was understanding and helpful while we were there!
Worst place I ever bought a car from. Larry sure knows how to screw a customer. The final thing he did was to take the 72 hours I had to return it and put it in the garage to change the drivers window regulator. Exactly 72 hours later the car was ready. When I told Larry the windshield needed replaced he told me my 72 hours was up. Will not recommend patsy lo ever. Also had my own financing set up for Elga credit union and when all done he had it through somewhere else at higher interest rate. I Am glad he got fired.
Had an awesome experience at Patsy Lou on Corronu Rd in Flint. The salesman Kevin P was terrific. They were able to get me into a Buick Encore that meets my needs. So excited. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I had Bryan as a salesman when I went in today and couldn’t have been more pleased. Didn’t have intentions on getting a truck actually but with his knowledge and help I was able to get a great trade in and walked out with a new truck. Would recommend him to anyone!
