Yes I had great a experience today at Patsy Lou. Howard Shelton Service Manager took awesome care of me every time I need service! He's very kind, nice, attenative to your concerns and very patient with his customers. He's available whenever you need service and can be reached at (810)600-6540. Howard from the Service Department is the best!! My car was done within the time frame he gave me, he made sure I was comfortable during my wait and he is always courteous.
I had an issue with my tires not reading the same pressure. I’m getting ready to leave for vacation and very crunched for time!! I called Howard and he took care of me right away. I was in and out! Service Department took care of my car when I was looking at major work. And they did the work quickly.
Bait and switch on a deal offered last week. Less car. A lot more money. Wasted my wife's Saturday. A lot of pressure. Not a lot of integrity. I don't know if it's because she's a she or if they are not trustworthy for anyone.
