Walked out, came in to buy a truck advertised with 46k miles, negotiated a deal on that basis. Did not double check the mileage when I test drove it but when the paperwork came through it had more than 51k miles. I thought they had brought me the wrong truck, but really they just lied on the ad (including a picture in the ad showing 46k miles) and didn’t mention it during the process. Felt lied to so I walked out, recommend you save yourself the time
I was really happy with Patsy Lou services. I think I was more impressed with the ass. Manager Howard Shelton he took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and kept me informed with the progress. Thank you!
Howard is the best at Patsy Lou! I dropped my car off and was on my way with a rental within 15 minutes. No wait or fuss about it. My car was serviced and everything is great! Good customer service, friendly, fast and efficient to make things right again with my GMC Terrain. �
