Worst service dept ever!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!! My car is under warranty and I still refuse to take it there for service. I dont mean one mess up.... this is the 4th time they have just wasted days of my time!!! Seriously, go anywhere else!!!
I took my truck in on February the 27th because of a transmission problem after 2 1/2 weeks of working with Howard and meeting all the needs of my vehicle my truck is running great, he even called a few days later to make sure it was still running good. Howard answered all my questions that I had about my truck and if he didn’t know he found out but for the most part he knew!! Howard is the best! Whenever I have a car issue or need to get an oil service he has been extremely helpful, patient and kind. I like to have clear explanations and I ask a lot of questions. Howard is always honest in his feedback and the staff have done a good job on the various services I have needed.

I don't know if I'd recommend Patsy .. I had reservations before going in, however the ad I heard on the radio gave me the courage to go in. "The All New Patsy Lou guarantees credit approval regardless of bankruptcy, repossessions, etc. Well that is untrue. I went in with money in hand for a down payment and was still told that I would need extra help. That ad is just a rouse to get customers in there to be denied.
Put a deposit down on a Silverado and the deal was all set. Due to working in emergency services I was on nights so I couldn’t make it in to purchase until March 1st. They were okay with that with a deposit. February 28th I went to the credit union. The dealership faxed over the final worksheet at 2:06pm. Moments later after getting the check for the truck the dealership called back and said the truck sold this morning.
