Ghetto dealership. Lost their license for sketchy business dealings. Be careful in this crime ridden area! Better off going to a Suburban dealership in a "safe" area.
Do not go here they are underhanded! I took my car to them 4 times complaining of an engine noise and instead of information me of a special warranty on my timing chain; they didnt say anything until the chain ruined my entire engine and they wanted to charge me 8k to fix it!!! No wonder why their lisence have seen revoked in the past. I should have lusted to the rumors about this company.

It has been so stressful looking for a car in a tight time frame. I received a great referral of a guy name Len that is the new Manager of MegaLot. He found me the right car. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I hate coming to Patsy Lou. I never have anything other than bad experiences. I can’t wait to get rid of my lease and doing business with a different dealership.
