Howard is the best he always takes care of me and my mom have been going to him for years and will continue. He always make sure that the work that you need is done correctly he checks on the mechanics to make sure that the work is done anything that you need or request from him he make sure that he will do the best that he can. he's a really good person and worker
I work out of town. I never know how my morning or evening commute to and from work is going to be. But whenever there is a breakdown in my vehicle and I call The Pasty Lou dealership I'm never disappointed. I call ask for service department and I usually get Howard Shelton. I tell him my problem, he listens, and gets me the help I need to get me back on the road ready for work. Thanks Mr. Shelton�
**Update** So the dealership has had my vehicle for 3 weeks now, confirming that it does indeed need another engine installed. Of course the warranty is expired! Pretty much being told that there isn't anything that can be done. Either pay $8000 for a new engine, $3500 for a used one or I can kick rocks. For those prices, I could get myself a different car NOT from Patsy Lou. "Completely Satisfied is our goal" is what their business cards read, I'm not satisfied, not even a little. I thought I would never get out of my car without a payment that would be so high that I could not afford it. After sitting down with Jeff Terranella and going over my options, he made it work. I could not be happier with his work and how nice of a guy he is. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see Jeff Terranella, you will not be disappointed!!!
