RecommendedI have two different trucks, by different I mean brands, one a Cadillac and one a Ram, fixed at Patsy Lou...now Shea Buick. I have nothing but good things to say! I got a brand new loaner truck to use while mine was in for repairs. When I got mine back it was not only great repair work, but it was spotless, I mean vacuumed, windows done, washed inside and out! My mom just bought a suv from there maybe 3 months ago and now since it was sold she can’t get the free oil changes and car washes they had in the contract she tried yesterday and that’s when she found out it has been sold it’s wrong how they won’t keep the contractual agreements that was done
Treat customers with respect, sell them a decent vehicle, and quit bamboozling customers to make a sell.
We have our own financing and have our own finical plan. We called to inquire on a few vehicles we seen on the lot. However they tend to leave the price off the information sheet. We had to call two times and never got a call back - but had scheduled an appointment at 10AM and were even told the vehicles within our search criteria would be pulled aside for us. When we arrived no one had a clue who we were and why we were there! We left !
My experience today 4/15/19..@ Patsy Lou wonderful!! Howard Shelton the Assistant Service Manager was instrumental in making my visit worth the time and drive. Howard was professional, resourceful and pleasant. Also, it was nice to talk to my awesome salesman Steve McKillup . who has assisted me with my last two vehicles. Thanks again to everyone for a great experience!!
Howard in service is phenomenal!!! He identified an issue with my car that if gone undetected would have cost me hundreds to repair! Not to mention I was within 400 miles before the cost of repair would not have been covered! This is what superior customer service looks like to me! Thank you for Thinking Customer Howard! Kudos to Patsy Lou for having such an amazing staff!
Larry Seay was awesome he worked around our work schedule. she was in a car less then a week. She had a part missing which Howard Shelton in the service department was amazing. They picked the car up while I was at work and had it back before I was off. These two gentleman are the reason why I would recommend Pasty Lou Auto Group.
