Eric is defenitely knowledgeable about his profession, however hired helpers are unqualified to work on furnaces. Additionally contractor cuts corners, gives estimates based on modifications and replacement of items that don't get done in the end, tries to sell items that are integral parts of the system as extras or additions and installs systems that are inferior than available lower priced "retail priced" ones to increase the margin of profit even more than the already high ratio

Very professional and knowledgable with reasonable rates
Eric with Patriot Air arrived on time, was professional, and very knowledgeable. He encouraged me to join him as he ran tests on the air conditioning unit and he explained exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Patriot Air.
Eric was very good and finding the problem and fixing it. He made sure we were well informed before he proceeded with any repairs.
Eric arrived within an hour from the time I notified him that we wanted him to come and do a diagnostic of our A/C system. This was the only positive aspect of working with Patriot Air. I have never had a service tech be so rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
Very thorough check-out and explanation of our A/C system (new purchase of an existing home). Only minimally negative comment is that they may have been too informative... not sure I comprehended all the info provided.
