Good service, only repaired what was needed. would use again
Eric of Patriot Air called me within 1 minute of signing up on Service Magic stating that I had Air Conditioning Issues at Midnight!! He was at my home by 8:30 a.m. and had my Air running within minutes. He was very knowledgable and was great about showing me what and how he was going to fix them. He gave me upfront and fair pricing on the spot. I will recommend Eric to all of my friends and family! If you want an honest professional he is the man to call.
Eric was a great help in providing me with cool air within my budget. He also promised to follow up as things cooled off and will be helping me with major repairs. Great guy!!! Alot of help!!!
They were on time , efficient and the cost were as expected. The serviceman kept me apprised of all developments from first call to installation.
Eric was on time, neat, did a system replacement in one day, clearly explained what needed to be done and why, what our options were. He did not try to upsell anything. Very courteous to the point of sending a thank you note! would recommend without reservation to anyone.

Basically they were third on my list and they were able to beat the quotes i had recieved earlier. Came out, was courteous and helpful in answering my questions and was in an out with in an hour. I would definitely call them again. Thx again Eric (repairman, Patriot Air)
Very poor service. On the phone I was assured he would give an estimate before doing work & I told her our unit was covered under extended warranty. Eric blew past me, jumped on roof, took unit apart & said it would be $1100. I explained about the warranty, he got extremely hot-headed. He demanded $50 for a service call (so much for free estimate).When I told him what his assistant said, he yelled at me, "She's just a CPA." He left unit opened & the motor in yard. The homeowner phoned to make an appointment indicating she wanted a 'second opinion'. When the tech arrived he discovered this was not a 'second opinion' and the unit was under warranty with another company who could not fit her in for three weeks.
